Information for Applicants:

1. The St. Pius X Children's Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja.
2. The scholarship shall be awarded on a competitive basis. Applicants will be assessed for merit and financial needs.
3. To qualify, you must have gained admission or enrolled into a tertiary institution in Nigeria.
4. Tertiary institutions considered include:
   • Colleges of Education
   • Polytechnics/Monotechnics
   • Colleges of Health Technology
   • Schools of Nursing and Midwifery
   • Universities
5. Complete and submit this form to be considered for the award.
6. The Foundation reserves the right to cross-check any information submitted, including from your Parish Priest, Pastor, Imam, or school officials. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may lead to disqualification.
7. If you are shortlisted for the scholarship award, you will be notified by email and/or SMS and may be invited for additional screening, if necessary.
